Refund Policy

Fair, transparent refunds — written in plain English.

We want you to feel confident enrolling with FurqanQuran. This policy explains exactly how refunds work.

In short: Your trial class is always free. The current (running) month’s fees are non-refundable once classes have begun. If you have paid several months in advance, unused future months can be refunded, minus a 10% administration charge.

1. Free Trial

The trial class is completely free. No payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund.

2. Monthly Fees (Running Month)

Classes are billed monthly in advance. Once the current billing month has started and classes are being delivered, the fees for that running month are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your enrolment will simply end at the close of the current paid month.

3. Advance Payments (Multiple Months Paid Upfront)

If you have paid for several months in advance — for example, a 6-month package — and you choose to discontinue, we will refund the unused future months. The current running month is not refundable, and a 10% administration charge is deducted from the refundable amount to cover processing and administrative costs.

Example: You paid for 6 months in advance and decide to stop after the 2nd month. Month 2 (running) is non-refundable. The remaining 4 months are refundable, less a 10% administration charge on that amount.

4. Missed or Rescheduled Classes

Missed classes are handled through our make-up policy (reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice) rather than refunds.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@furqanquran.com or message us on WhatsApp with your account details. We aim to process approved refunds within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
