These Terms govern your use of FurqanQuran.com and our online Quran classes. By booking a class or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

FurqanQuran provides live, one-on-one online Quran and Islamic Studies classes for children, including Noorani Qaida, Tajweed, Hifz, and Islamic Studies. Classes are delivered remotely via a secure video platform.

2. Free Trial

New families are entitled to a complimentary trial class. The trial requires no payment and carries no obligation to continue.

3. Enrolment & Bookings

After the trial, classes are arranged according to a schedule agreed between you and our team. A parent or guardian must book and manage the account for any student under 18.

4. Fees & Payment

• Classes are billed monthly, in advance, based on your chosen package.
• Payment is taken securely online at the start of each billing period.
• There are no hidden fees or enrolment charges.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Missed Classes

Classes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Missed classes without adequate notice may not be eligible for a make-up. We offer a fair, no-fuss make-up policy for genuine conflicts.

6. Conduct & Safeguarding

We are committed to a safe, respectful learning environment. Sessions may be recorded for safeguarding and quality. We expect courteous conduct from students, parents, and teachers alike.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel ongoing enrolment at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. See our Refund Policy for refunds on advance payments.

8. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, content, and branding provided by FurqanQuran remain our property and are for your child’s personal learning use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

We deliver our services with care and skill but cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected classes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
